When reporting a problem, include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, Asterloop version, difficulty mode, and the steps that caused the issue. Do not include your Apple Account password or other sensitive information.

How to play

Guide the orb through an endless cosmic course. Steer high or low, collect crystals and energy cells, avoid hazards, and use light ray ammunition against targets in front of the orb. The game becomes faster and more complex as your score increases.

Standard: Fire is on the left and steering is on the right.
Mirrored: Steering is on the left and Fire is on the right.
Controller: Use the left stick for movement and a supported trigger or Fire button to shoot.

Game Center and leaderboards

Asterloop uses Apple Game Center for global leaderboards. Confirm that Game Center is enabled and signed in under your device settings. If rankings do not load, verify your internet connection, reopen Asterloop, and select Rankings again.

Your local best scores remain on the device even when Game Center is unavailable. A pending higher score is submitted the next time Game Center becomes available.

Compatible controllers

Pair a compatible controller in your Apple device’s Bluetooth settings before opening Asterloop. If the controller is already paired but does not respond, disconnect it, reconnect it, and relaunch the game.

Audio and haptics

Check the game’s audio controls, your device volume, Silent Mode, and connected headphones or speakers. Haptic feedback depends on device support and the haptics setting.

Resetting local data

Asterloop stores progress and preferences locally. Deleting the app removes its locally stored progress and settings. Game Center leaderboard records are managed separately by Apple and may remain associated with your Game Center profile.
