Information stored on your device

Asterloop stores gameplay information locally using Apple system storage. This may include high scores, lifetime points, completed runs, difficulty records, pending leaderboard scores, control layout, audio levels, haptic preferences, and other game settings.

This local information is used only to operate the game, remember your preferences, and preserve progress between sessions. It is not transmitted to the developer.

Apple Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center, Apple authenticates your Apple Account and provides Asterloop with the Game Center information needed to display your player name, submit scores, and present leaderboards. Asterloop does not receive your Apple Account password or payment information. The developer may view and moderate leaderboard entries through Apple’s Game Center administration tools to maintain fair play.

Game Center information is processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy and Game Center terms. Your use of Game Center is optional. You can manage Game Center access and settings through your Apple device settings.

Controllers, audio, and haptics

Asterloop can respond to compatible game controllers and device haptics. Controller input is used in real time to control gameplay and is not recorded or sent to the developer. Audio and haptic preferences are stored locally on your device.

Information Asterloop does not collect

The current version does not request or collect your name, email address, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, camera data, precise location, health information, advertising identifier, browsing history, or payment-card information. It does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

Data sharing and tracking

The developer does not sell personal information, share personal information for advertising, or track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Scores are sent to Apple only when you use Game Center leaderboard features.

Retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until you delete Asterloop or erase its app data. Game Center scores and related Game Center information are retained and managed by Apple according to Apple’s policies and your Apple Account settings.

Because Asterloop does not maintain a developer-operated user account or server database, there is no separate Asterloop cloud account to delete. For help with local data or a privacy request, contact us using the information below.

Children’s privacy

Asterloop is not designed to collect personal information from children. The game does not contain advertising, public chat, or user-generated content. Apple Game Center availability and parental controls are governed by the settings of the Apple Account and device.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if Asterloop’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published.
